Refund policy:
Should the client cancels his tour in seven or more days prior to the tour, the money shall be subject to 100% refund from the amount paid by the client.
Should the client cancels his tour in less than seven days prior to the tour, the money shall be subject to 50% refund from the amount paid by the client.
In case the client is unable to go on a tour due to hospitalization (or some other unexpected circumstances) the money should be subject to 100% refund from the amount paid by the client but only if he or she provides with the relevant statement or report.
